Product Description
The float is a new type of environmental protection product, the production process of which is added with corresponding antistatic agent, antioxidant and anti-UV ultraviolet agent and other auxiliary materials, the overall one-time molding, seamless, no water seepage, in line with the American Society for Testing and Materials ASTM, the European Union CE and China GB9687-1988 national health standards; with antioxidant, corrosion resistance, not eroded by seawater and no pollution, do not damage the ecological environment, etc. The whole product is formed and seamless, with a rated average wall thickness of 7mm and a maximum wall thickness of 11mm, and a wall thickness of about 3.52-4.2mm at the bottom of the float; the 746C and UL-94HB flame tests show that the product is suitable for natural environments such as strong sunlight and light (sea) water impregnation, i.e., within 5000 meters above sea level and at an ambient temperature of (-60 -80)°C. It can be used normally in salt water and fresh water (still water, moving water, deep water, shallow water) with PH value between 4-9 under 5000 meters above sea level and ambient temperature (-60)℃.
The service life of the product is up to 15 years, with no cost during the operation of the project, zero maintenance, reasonable cost and economy, from a long-term point of view, can save a large number of maintenance, maintenance, replacement, overhaul costs and time. In addition, the float also has the characteristics of easy assembly, fast, flexible, and various shapes, etc. The overall modular structure can match the needs of various landscapes and quickly change the platform shape, and the appearance of bright colors and more beautiful shapes.
