The company has mature processes and complete production equipment, mainly including non-woven high-speed needle punching production line, EVA/EPDM production line, coating composite production line, fiber adhesive production line, PE protection board production line, FRP warning pile production line, SMC meter box production line, plastic pipe production line, and environmental protection float production line.
Each production line is equipped with process inspection rooms and complete inspection equipment, which can monitor the product indicators of the production line in real-time and adjust production methods based on monitoring data.
The Quality Control Department is equipped with all the instruments for the factory inspection items specified in the standard, including Vicat tester, electronic universal testing machine, flame retardant tester, drop hammer impact machine, flat testing machine, and other inspection equipment. The laboratory is supervised by a person with a bachelor's degree in plastics, who has over 30 years of work experience in the plastic manufacturing industry and effectively supports the testing of product physical properties during the new product development process. This is beneficial for our company to gradually improve product quality in the product development process. Ensure that the qualified rate of the factory products reaches 100%.

The company has mature processes and complete production equipment, mainly including 3 MPP pipe production lines, 2 PVC pipe production lines, and 11 environmentally friendly float production lines. These production lines are all computer-controlled fully automatic molding machines. The MPP cable protection tube has a daily 8-hour production capacity of over 2400 meters, and an annual average production capacity of over 576000 meters. The daily 8-hour production capacity of CPVC cable protection pipes is over 2880 meters, with an average annual production capacity of over 691200 meters.
