In 2019, our company has developed a new generation of environmentally friendly ecological breeding floats for use in marine pastures with Shandong University School of Oceanography and Beijing University of Chemical Technology, with four colors: red, yellow, green and blue. Our company currently has six production lines for producing this float. The production line is a computer-controlled fully automatic forming machine with needleless blow molding technology, with high processing precision, even and reasonable wall thickness and stable quality. The daily output can reach 20,000 pieces, and the annual average production volume can reach more than 6 million pieces.

The environmental protection ecological float produced by our company is made of imported PE environmental protection materials, with beautiful appearance, strong wind resistance, air sealing inside and no water leakage, and is a qualified product in accordance with national standards and local government acceptance.

Our company can produce a variety of specifications of the round ball and oval ball, of which, the maximum diameter of the oval ball float 26cm or more, has applied for a national patent products; round ball float diameter can do 28cm, 32cm, 34cm and other specifications.

Our main products are 28cm diameter round float, no gaps in the welding, wall thickness can reach more than 3mm; weight not less than 1.0kg; buoyancy of more than 120N, float rate ≥ 8; 5m high altitude drop intact; no dent, rupture, leakage in the case of test pressure 1Mpa. This specification and all other specifications of the product have reached the anti-aging life of more than 5 years.
