Purpose of the drill:

In order to conscientiously implement our company's fire accident prevention measures, enhance the fire safety awareness of all staff, eliminate fire safety hazards, minimize losses, ensure storage safety, and stabilize production, work as well as life order. In order to strengthen the emergency work of our company in fire safety accidents and let all the staff know the basic fire fighting knowledge and self-rescue skills, our company organized and planned a fire drill by our company and Songshan Fire Brigade on June 09, 2022 from 09:00 to 11:00 am.

Pre-preparation:

The company leaders attached great importance to it and emphasized fire safety and the drill plan many times in the regular meeting. All levels of the company gave enough attention and cooperation to this fire drill.

Drill process:

1. At 09:00 am of the same day, a fire was discovered and the security guard sent out a fire alarm signal and alerted the fire brigade. When the alarm is heard, all employees at the work site are reminded by the team leader through orders and gestures, turn off the power, and evacuate to the safety zone in the company yard in the shortest time in an orderly manner along the green channel.

2. At the site of the gathering point, the relevant person in charge and the team leader of each workshop will make an inventory of the evacuated people.

3. The safety department immediately organized personnel to set up a cordon outside the safe area of the fire site, and other personnel were not allowed to enter the site. And organize our firefighting team to go for preliminary fire fighting.

4. The fire truck of Songshan Fire Brigade entered our company to rescue and extinguish the fire.

Exercise summary:

The fire safety emergency operation and fire escape skills were explained by the Songshan Fire Brigade for all employees, teaching everyone to master what everyone should do once a fire occurs, how to properly call the police, put out the fire, evacuate, how to save themselves and escape. Finally, the general evaluation of the fire drill was made by Songshan Fire Brigade, which fully affirmed the results of the drill, praised the employees for following the command and acting quickly, asked everyone to further improve the awareness of responsibility for safety production, and announced that the fire drill was a complete success.

Drill results:

Through this fire drill activity, we further enhance the staff's awareness of prevention and self-rescue ability, understand and master how to identify the danger, how to take the necessary emergency measures and other basic operations in order to achieve rapid, orderly, timely and effective results in the accident. We will regularly carry out training or drill work to improve the emergency rescue skills and comprehensive quality of emergency response of our staff, effectively reduce accident hazards, reduce accident losses, and ensure the safe, healthy and orderly development of the company.
